When whole teams share the language and self-understanding of the Driver, Organizer, Collaborator and Visionary, and begin to apply their knowledge together, they’ll have the tools to move beyond previous limits. The four work styles provide a powerful way of reading and “righting” teams and organizations. A team “roll-up” report shows the strengths teams can leverage as well as the ways they can achieve balanced performance.

For teams who also want to tap the strength of experiential learning as a means for making leaps in growth, add a team workshop to your assessments. Break through barriers, discover hidden strengths, and achieve more together—while having fun!

Full Package

For the most effective outcome, choose learning sessions interspersed with opportunities to apply new knowledge to work situations. Start with an assessment and individualized written reports for all team members, followed by a 90-minute experiential team workshop. Conduct one-on-one coaching to create individual action plans. Complete the process with a 90-minute facilitated team meeting where learnings are transformed into a team action plan.

For a more traditional approach to facilitation, use an introduction to the four work styles to kick off a project, examine team dynamics, or rejuvenate a stale mission, vision and strategy.

What is the FEBI?

The Focus Energy Balance Indicator™ (FEBI™), developed and trademarked by Dr. Ginny Whitelaw and Mark Kiefaber of Focus Leadership, is an instrument that measures the four fundamental energy patterns of the Driver, Organizer, Collaborator and Visionary. 

These energy patterns originate in the nervous system, but show up at every level inside and out: physically, emotionally, mentally, behaviorally, in relationships, teams and organizations. From leadership style to team climate, to brand and culture, these energy patterns are a profound guide to achieving the focus and balance needed for outstanding performance.  The FEBI has been used around the world with clients as diverse as Avon and NASA. 

Rhonda Morton is a FEBI-certified practitioner trained with the critical knowledge and experience necessary to coach individuals, facilitate teams, and design programs using the FEBI and the energy patterns.
