Rhonda Morton, Alligator Mouth Improv's founder and director, also works as an individual coach, team facilitator, meeting designer, and cultivator of purposeful transformation. Certified as a FEBI™ coach and as an InterPlay leader, she consults with high-potential individuals and groups to find and channel purpose into creativity, confidence, and authentic effectiveness. As appropriate, she brings in the other members of Alligator Mouth Improv to assist, demonstrate, and co-lead sessions.

Meeting Design

The first step in designing a meeting is to discuss desired outcomes—what do you want attendees to know, believe and do when they leave the meeting? Presenters will be coached to make their presentations as engaging as possible, and experiential activities will be included to increase the likelihood that the information will be retained and used.
